The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 384, 504, 506, 354(B), 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is alleged to have inflicted lathi blow on the head of father of the informant.

Doctor has found simple injury. There is case and counter case. Petitioner and informant are co-villagers. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned counsel for the State and informant vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from

No.23751 of 2023(2) dt.27-06-2023 2/2 today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 1071 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
