At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition for issuance of a direction upon the respondentauthorities to amend the notification dated 04.12.2014 and memo dated 30.07.2021, pertaining to the Bihar Veterinary Service (Appointment and Service Conditions) Rules, 2014, for the purposes of providing benefits of Dynamic Assured Career Progression. Liberty so sought is granted.
