Petitioner seeks bail in Agiaon Bazar P.S. Case No. 99 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 406, 420, 379 and 120(B) Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was driver of the vehicle.

In the written report, it is alleged that this petitioner, who was driving vehicle of the informant for last two weeks, has got his vehicle disappeared somewhere in collusion with other accused persons.

It is submitted that this petitioner himself went to lodge First Information Report with regard to snatching of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76964 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 car by unknown persons from his possession, but First Information Report has been lodged against him. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 04.09.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIII, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Agiaon Bazar P.S.
