1. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner on repeated calls.
2. Learned A.P.P. for the State is present.
3. The learned A.P.P. submits that petitioner has antecedent of seven cases and is in custody since 19.02.2026 and the prosecution case in sum and substance is that the FIR named accused persons including the petitioner came to Lattipur Chowk and looted Rs.32,500/- from Phulo Mandal, Rs.7,000/- from Sudhir Singh and Rs.42,000/- from the informant and made indiscriminate firing. The learned A.P.P. next submits that similarly situated co-accused Sakla Yadav, Gore Yadav and Tiwari Yadav and Rabil Yadav had approached this Court seeking regular bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.82193 of 2024 along with other Criminal Miscellaneous, which were heard together
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27330 of 2026(2) dt.14-05-2026 2/2 and the accused persons were granted the privilege of regular bail. It is also submitted that parties have compromised the case as would manifest from Annexure-3 to the regular bail application but then learned A.P.P. submits that the offences for which the instant FIR has been instituted are not compoundable and petitioner has antecedent of seven cases and it might be a possibility that informant under threat was made to compromise the case.
4. Since no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.
