Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 1919 of 2019 arising out of Nadi P.S. Case No. 45 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Seizure list reflects recovery of 225 liters of country made liquor from Sumo vehicle. It is further submitted that petitioner is only the driver of the vehicle in question and he had no knowledge as to what was loaded in it.
