2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 179 of 2023 (Sessions Trial No. 562 of 2023) registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, a revolver and cartridge has been recovered from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 20.03.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-III, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 179 of 2023 (Sessions Trial No. 562 of 2023).

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Jamui Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
