2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Balia P.S. Case No. 396 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 1.1 kg of ganja from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 18.12.2024 and he claims to have clean antecedent.

5. In view of quantum of recovery and also in view of the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge,1st-cum-Spl. Judge, NDPS Act, Begusarai/concerned Court below in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25116 of 2025(2) dt.01-05-2025 2/2 connection with NDPS Case No. 69 of 2024 arising out of Balia P.S. Case No. 396 of 2024, subject the condition that one of the bailors should be the close relative of the petitioner.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail, is directed to mark his attendance at Balia Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

9. As the petitioner claims to have clean antecedent, the Court below, before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner is directed to verify the antecedent of the petitioner. If the petitioner is found to be involved in any other case then the bail bonds of the petitioner shall not be accepted. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
