Petitioner seeks bail in Farbesganj P.S. Case No. 172 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 380 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner has alleged in the written report that this petitioner was found wandering near the house of the informant.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 29.08.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
