1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. On query of the Court from the learned counsel for the petitioner with regard to the stage of the trial, on which the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the despite her best endeavour, she could not obtain instruction from the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional P. P. submits that since the learned counsel for the petitioner does not have any instruction in the matter, it appears that the trial must have concluded by now, as the present quashing application has been filed seeking
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32669 of 2017(2) dt.10-10-2023 2/2 correction of some words in the deposition of P.W.-1 dated 22.02.2016 and 23.02.2016.
4. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional P. P., the Court is not inclined to entertain the quashing application.
