JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 22-06-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 125 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the anticipatory bail petition of this petitioner was rejected vide order dated 13.12.2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 16337 of 2020. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the fresh ground that the case has been compromised and two accused persons namely Maharshi Thakur and Narayan Thakur on similar ground have been granted bail by the learned court below vide order dated 06.11.2019 in ABP No. 1514 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23990 of 2022(3) dt.22-06-2022 2/2 2019.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances and for keeping parity, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed, as such, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 125 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
