The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to Opposite Party nos. 2 and 3 vide order dated 05.02.2024 passed by a learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 7107/2023 arising out of Complaint Case No. 642(C) of 2020 registered under Sections 406 and 506 of the I.P.C.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that forged and fabricated documents were made by O.P. No. 2 and they were used for sale and purchase of land.

4. The entire case of the opposite parties was duly considered by the learned Coordinate Bench of this Court. Upon finding that the dispute was essentially civil in nature, the learned Coordinate Bench granted anticipatory bail to the opposite parties. If the petitioner was aggrieved by the said order, the appropriate course was to challenge it before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The petitioner cannot seek cancellation of anticipatory bail before this Court on the aforesaid grounds.
5. In view of the above circumstances, the present application is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum.
