2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 145/2023 (Sessions Trial No. 23/2024), lodged on 27.02.2023 under Sections 392, 395, 412, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the FIR has been lodged against unknown accused persons against whom it has been alleged that they entered into the Bank and looted cash amount of Rs. 94,050/-.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he is in custody since

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that as per his knowledge, the charge has been framed in this case, but there is no averment with regard to the same, in the petition.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that it is true that the case has been lodged against unknown accused persons but it is also true that the petitioner has been identified in the CCTV footage of the Bank and this fact has come in the case diary acknowledged by the Sessions Court in the ordersheet.

6. In the present facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 145/2023 (Sessions Trial No. 23/2024), pending before the learned learned ADJ III, Lakhisarai is hereby rejected.

8. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after one year from today. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as soon as possible. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Ashwini/- U T
