JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 2/ 15-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State as well as counsel for the informant. Petitioner seeks bail in Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.624 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedents. He is not named in the First Information Report. Name of the petitioner has been taken by the informant in his re-statement before the police raising suspicion against him.

Counsel for the petitioner further submits that one of the accused with similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by this Court today itself vide Cr. Misc. No.1861 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77428 of 2018(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.
