The petitioner has a grievance that the Mukhiya and the Secretary of the Gram Panchayat Raj Bangraha have got a State boring installed over a piece of land, which belongs to the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that neither the said land of the petitioner has been acquired nor any permission was sought by the respondents to use the land, for the said purpose.

In my view, the petitioner should have approached the Public Grievance Redressal Officer under the Bihar Right to

Patna High Court CWJC No.6512 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015 (for short 'the Act'), raising the grievance, as has been raised in the present writ application.
