The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S. Case No. 239 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. Further submission is that on perusal of the Annexure-2 to the supplementary affidavit, it appears that the alleged money has already been returned to the informant through different cheques.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42588 of 2016 (7) dt.30-08-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S. Case No. 239 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
