ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-11-2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the private Opposite Party by order dated 23.2.2015 passed by the S.D.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Complaint case No.401 of 2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya on the ground that she wants to settle the dispute with the Opposite Party No.2.

Since this can be no reason for cancelling the bail, which is a serious matter, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. Hence, the application stands dismissed.
