2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents however refutes the eligibility of the petitioner

3. The representation of the petitioner before the Assistant Inspector General, Govt. of Bihar, Patna has gone totally unheeded.

4. Under the aforesaid circumstances, without expressing any opinion over the correctness of the contention of the petitioner, it is directed that in the event of the petitioner making a detailed representation before respondent No. 2/the Inspector General Registration, Govt. of Bihar, Patna, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by the concerned respondent by a reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of six weeks thereafter.

5. With the aforesaid observation/direct ion, the writ petition stands disposed off.
