08.09.2020 This petition has been filed for quashing of the F.I.R. bearing Buxar (Muffasil) P. S. Case No. 99 of 2015 dated 15.04.2015, which has been instituted for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the BSFC has informed this Court that pursuant to the order of the Supreme Court, all such cases like the present one have been transferred to the Special Court for trial.

In that view of the matter, the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner cannot be acceded to. The petition stands rejected.
