The petitioner seeks bail in Barauli P.S. Case No. 126 of 2014, registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, six unknown miscreants riding on three motorcycles on the point of pistol snatched cash from the nozzleman working at the petrol pump and fled away. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of petitioner has surfaced during course of investigation on the confessional statement of co-accused. No looted money / incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and till date, petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. Petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34181 of 2021(2) dt.06-01-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 126 of 2014.
