The petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2022 in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 42/2022 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Considering the period of custody, the present bail application is allowed.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail after completion of one year in custody or after framing of charge whichever is later, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise
