JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Akbar Nagar P.S. Case No. 51 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 304(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the deceased grand-daughter of the informant, namely, Puja Devi, was married with Mukesh Rai. The allegation is that the deceased granddaughter of the informant was tortured in various manners for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and ultimately they killed her. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioner no. 1 is the mother-in-law, petitioner no. 2 is the

It has further been submitted that the husband of the deceased is in judicial custody. It has further been submitted that the petitioners are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. Further it has been pointed out that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named, petitioners, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today in connection with Akbar Nagar P.S. Case No. 51 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Bhagalpur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
