ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner seeks modification of order dated 10.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54682 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was misunderstanding on the part of the petitioners and, therefore, they could not furnish their bail bonds in time. He thus seeks extension of time for a further period of four weeks from today. For the reasons stated in the modification application, let the time fixed vide order dated 10.01.2017 be extended so as to read as four weeks from today.

It is made clear that if the petitioners do not comply with the present order, the earlier order dated 10.01.2017 shall stand
