The petitioner is in custody in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 672 of 2018, registered for the offence under Section 30 (a) and 30 (b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that petitioner is in custody in connection with seizure of 240 bottles of foreign liquor. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2018.

Considering the facts that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.10.2018, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77188 of 2018(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Siwan in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 672 of 2018.
