JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The complainant states that he purchased some land from the petitioner in the year, 2011. However, his brother Satendra Singh protested in the year 2013 that he too has share in the land.
The petitioner submits that the dispute, if any, is of civil nature.
In the circumstances, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today the

No.48782 of 2015 (2) dt.09-11-2015 2 / 2 above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chhapra in connection with Complaint Case no. 1078 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. with the following conditions:
The petitioner would deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty thousand) in the court below within a period of six weeks from today. He would co-operate in the trial and would not physically absent for two consecutive dates till the stage of charge. (Samarendra Pratap Singh, J.) Uday/- U T
