This writ application has been filed for issuance of a direction to the respondent authorities to return the lands of the petitioners including other Raiyats of Mauza-Ashikpur Thana No. 123, under Sasaram Anchal of Rohtas District which were acquired by the Respondents-State on behalf of Bihar Housing Board for the purpose of construction of housing as per Housing Scheme of the Government.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10434 of 2021(3) dt.31-10-2023 2/2 petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ application granting liberty to the petitioners to move before the respondent No. 5/Bihar State Housing Board, Patna through its Managing Director.

4. Considering the submission made behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. Needless to state that if such representation is filed within a period of six weeks from the date of production/receipt of the copy of this order, the authority concerned is directed to dispose of the same by way of a reasoned and speaking order after hearing the parties in accordance with law preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation.
