The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

17.225 liters of different type of wine has been recovered from a bamboo clump situated behind the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Neither seized liquor nor said bamboo clump belongs to this petitioner and he has got clean antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the
