Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 282/2020, registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal code.

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners assaulted the injured because of land dispute.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ld. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 282/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
