This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Parsauni P.S. Case No. 05 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that the recovery of illicit liquor is from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
