JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-09-2019 Without any rhyme or reason, though the petitioner retired on 31.01.2013, the balance amount of retiral dues have stood paid only on 30.08.2019, hence this Court deems it fit and appropriate to direct the respondents to pay interest @ 6% per annum on the amount of retiral dues paid after a delay of about 07 years. Accordingly, respondent no. 6 is directed to calculate the amount of interest, as aforesaid, and make payment of the same within a period of eight weeks from today. It is needless to
