The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448/341 /323/324/307/379/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and that she has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of her arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 277/2014,
