JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 01-05-2019 The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that several persons juniors to him have been promoted to the post of Associate Professor, Department of Orthopedics in the P.M.C.H.

2. The petitioner has given the details of his appointment, his confirmation on the post of Assistant Professor and the period for which he has served as Medical Officer in various Primary Health Centres.

3. The representation of the petitioner in that

Patna High Court CWJC No.7350 of 2019 dt.01-05-2019 2/2 regard before the Principal Secretary, Department of Health, Patna has gone unheaded.

4. Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Principal Secretary, Department of Health, Patna(respondent No. 2) within a period of three weeks from today, who, on receipt of such representation, shall dispose it off by a reasoned order within a further period of six weeks thereafter.

5. In case the claim of the petitioner for being promoted to the post of Associate Professor is found to be tenable, necessary orders shall be passed within the aforesaid period.

6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
