Petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2016 in connection with Sahpur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2015 registered under Sections 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has been made accused in this case merely on the basis of suspicion. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner nor any cogent material has come against the petitioner during course of investigation. The petitioner is rotting in custody for the last one year and two months. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
