The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bhabua P.S. Case No. 630/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have handed over 350 quintals of paddy to the PACS after handing over rent receipts. During the course of inspection, the rent receipts of the land submitted by the petitioner were found fake.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner got the rent receipts from the revenue Clerk and submitted the same.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28772 of 2017 (3) dt.21-07-2017 2/2 in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 630/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
