The contention raised is that simultaneous involvement of both the applicants is on account of the alleged enmity between the families.
Without entering into the merits of such submissions and subject to any evidence during trial this is a fit case for grant of bail.
Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J. 1st cum Special Judge,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.348 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 POCSO Act, Gaya in connection with Raushanganj P.S. Case No. 132 of 2018.
