Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 185 of 2021 (G.R. No. 783 of 2021) registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 323, 324, 325, 307, 302 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Devan Yadav and Jairam Yadav are the assailant of the deceased and the petitioner is alleged to have opened fire in air and the petitioner in custody since 16.01.2023.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23493 of 2023(2) dt.22-05-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 185 of 2021 (G.R. No. 783 of 2021).
