1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this application is for quashing the Memo No.213820 dated 24.12.2014 issued from the office of Pariyojana Padadhikari, Gramin Vikas Bibhag, Government of Bihar by which petitioner has been informed that recommendation has been made in view of departmental letter no. 1777126 dt. 12.2.14 column 12 for rejection of the candidature of the applicant for the post of Gramin Awaas Sahayak (IAY) under Indira Awas Yojana Antargat on contract basis and for issuance of a writ/order/direction to the respondents to issue letter of appointment to the petitioner of the post of

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
