The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 336 of 2018 dated 10.08.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders before the court below and seeks regular bail, the court below shall
