JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Earlier the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioner has been rejected vide order, dated 01.07.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25420 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that other co-accused, namely, Rahul Kumar and Rohit Kumar, have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order, dated 27.10.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44588 of 2016. In my view, the petitioner would take all these points before the court below, where he is required to surrender. In case, the petitioner surrenders within four weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the same would be disposed of on its own merit also taking into consideration the order, dated 27.10.2016, passed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27849 of 2017 (2) dt.27-07-2017 2/2 in Cr. Misc. No. 44588 of 2016.

With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of.
