2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bettiah SC/ST P.S. Case No. 18 of 2024 registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 333, 76, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22216 of 2025(3) dt.20-08-2025 2/2 Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023; sections 8, 12 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act and Sections 3(1)(i), 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of the SC/ST Act.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present bail petition with a liberty to avail the appropriate remedy.
