JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 09-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State, through Virtual Court proceeding. In the present case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 226 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The police has received a secret information that some criminals have assembled in the house of the petitioner to commit crime, a raid was made at the house of the petitioner and the petitioner was arrested and during search one country made Masket and one loaded country made pistol were recovered from the house of the petitioner, however, counsel for the petitioner submits that he is in judicial custody since

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21812 of 2020(2) dt.09-07-2020 2/2 26.10.2019 having no criminal antecedent.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected for the present.
