Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420,467,468,471/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner obtained appointment on the post of Block teacher, on the basis of forged educational certificates.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without proper verification and enquiry, petitioner's certificates have been declared to be forged and fabricated. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has already been terminated from the service.

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23768 of 2023(2) dt.27-06-2023 2/2 bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st class Barh Patna in Saksohra Police Station Case No. 10 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
