The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Excise Case No. 886 of 2020 arising out of Udwant Nagar (Gajrajganj) P.S. Case No. 235 of 2020 registered under Sections 30(a) and 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. His prayer for bail was earlier rejected by a reasoned order dated 26.05.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 36239 of 2020. There is no fresh ground for reconsideration of the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.
