2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Alauli P.S.Case No. 157 of 2024 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other accused persons killed the husband of the informant.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated due to previous animosity. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2024. He
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24173 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 has further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Benches of this Court in Cr.Misc. Nos. 2701 of 2025, 1112 of 2025 and 73674 of 2024.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also bearing in mind the fact that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by the Coordinate Benches of this Court in Cr.Misc. Nos. 2701 of 2025, 1112 of 2025 and 73674 of 2024., let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S.Case No. 157 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
