ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the order dated 13.1.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 40249 of 2013 but she was required to file an affidavit in the Court below that she is not an accused in any other case. When she went to surrender in the Court below she found that on 1.2.2014 i.e. subsequent to the order, a fresh case has been instituted by her business partner and, hence, she could not surrender.

In such circumstances, the order dated 13.1.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 40249 of 2013 is hereby modified to the extent that she shall not be required to file a certificate in regard to her antecedents.
