JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-01-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 121/18, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 452, 379, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It appears that during investigation of the case, the petitioners were released on their personal bond under Section 41 of Cr.P.C. In such view of the matter, petitioners, above named, are directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail and if any such application is filed, the court below after considering the fact that they were earlier released on their personal bond, shall pass an appropriate order, without being prejudiced by the order of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77729 of 2018(2) dt.02-01-2019 2/2 this Court, if possible on same day.
