The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
Considering the fact that rice is decontrolled item and that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather it is more on her son, let the petitioner Kiran Devi, in the event of her arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bakhari P.S.
