ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the order dated 13.3.2014 in which one of the conditions was that an affidavit would be filed on his behalf that he has fair antecedent, but, since the Petitioner is accused in two other cases, such an affidavit could not be filed.

Since this second application for anticipatory bail filed on behalf of the Petitioner is not maintainable, the application is disposed off with a direction to the Petitioner to surrender before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani (or his successor), in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No. 51of 2013 and seek regular bail.
