2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ayer P.S. Case No. 55 of 2024 for the offence under sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-B)a, and 26(1)(11)/35 of the Arms Act lodged on 28.08.2024 by the informant, Nishant Kumar.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that on confidential information, the place was raided. The accused managed to escape but the locals gave the name of this petitioner. Those who were caught namely, Brajesh Sharma and Lachho Kuar and there is recovery/seizure of 1 Barrel, two half manufactured guns, trigger as also aluminum plate beside other materials which clearly shows that the arms were manufactured at the place. This led to the FIR.

Though learned counsel for the petitioner tried to impress upon this Court that nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession rather from the house of the family, learned APP, Mr. Bharat Bhushan has taken this Court to paragraph 3 to show that he has criminal antecedent of the same nature.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, no case of anticipatory bail is made out and it would be appropriate that the petitioner seeks bail.
