ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No.37 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 379, 384, 385 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations made and that there is bona fide land dispute as the petitioner is said to be in possession of the said land, let, all the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of
