2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 16.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9458 of 2024.
3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 17, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
4. The following order was passed on 16.04.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 9458 of 2024:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 291/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/149/302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the assailant of the deceased. He is in jail since 07.02.2023.
4. In view of the above, this application is dismissed.
5. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
